Fabled Roots is a culmination of visual storytelling reflecting aspects of myself and my experiences. The project consists of world-building through writing and visual narratives, with the final installation consisting of large-format digital illustrations and a hand-bound book. There are 6 distinct areas created for Fabled Roots, and at least one character created as the protagonist of each location. Each persona existing within this world is significant to me, mirroring my beliefs, personality, or history.
